Free Web Hosting?

I need some FREE web hosting that provides the following:

- at least 1gig of space

- at least 10gigs of bandwidth

- php supported

- mysql databases

- .php-dist file type allowed

- ftp (preferably sftp)

- is free

- doesn%26#039;t require (that is it can ask, but not have to have) extremely personal info like your phone (post code and email, city, country is ok)

- at least 10meg upload size alowed

The hardest part i know will probably finding something which allows .php-dist allowed but i really need it!
