Web Hosting with HTML capabilities?

i%26#039;ve tried many web hostings so far, mainly

-geocities (didnt like the ads)

-webstarts (doesnt work with my HTML =(

-angelfire (just doesnt work)

and a few more on the internet through yahoo.

i tried brinkster, and i really liked it, but now i can%26#039;t access it. so im using atspace now. can someone tell me if there%26#039;s any other website that can give non advertisement free hosting? or at least SMALL advertisements is fine with me too. but it has to be able to read HTML properly. =) thank you!!! ^^
