yeah I would probably go with Flickr.com
but if you are looking for your own website with domain (like a family website to post photo galleries and such), yahoo is a pretty good host for this. Their control panel is easy to use and I think they might have a photo gallery maker (not 100%sure on this).
Also, if you have photoshop, click file%26gt;automate%26gt;web photo gallery.... it will create an entire website (photo gallery for you) pages and all and just leaves the file transfer to you which is the easy part.
Overall,
I would recommend, yahoo hosting for your site. about 12 bucks/month
2. maybe startlogic %26gt; more affordable (5 bucks a month, most powerful hosting out there) - if you know what youre doing and just need a domain name + hosting, this is the best choice.
Also, powweb could have something good - some kind of good script that makes photo galleries instantly
