If you want your own domain for cheap (free)...Microsoft Office Live offers a free domain. By offering this free domain they are hoping to snag a large market share since nobody else offers a free domain. It will require a credit card for verification and they will put a logo on your site, but hey it%26#039;s free! (They also have an upgrade option if you want to purchase).
BTW - If you want to actually purchase a domain I would recommend http://www.godaddy.com

Other Replys:Well if you are looking for free or basically as little expense as possible, I would recommend using NVU editor (www.nvu.com), it%26#039;s free and wont tie you down to one method of editing. NVU pages can be transferrable to frontpage or dreamweaver html editor

Youre better off in the future getting frontpage or dreamweaver but if you just want to experiment, NVu is fine for now.
